Managed service clients never pay trip charges and no hourly minimums are charged. Clients of this type receive highest priority when service is needed.

With the Silver level Managed Service, clients are billed a flat dollar amount per month with a negotiated amount of hours totaling no more than 80 per month. Managed service clients never pay trip charges and no hourly minimums are charged. Clients of this type receive highest priority when service is needed.
